Kristen Emerson received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Colorado in 2001. She received her Doctor of Jurisprudence, cum laude, from the University of Florida, Levin College of Law in 2007.

She was admitted to practice by the Florida Bar in 2008. She is a current member of the Florida Bar Association, American Bar Association, Hillsborough County Bar Association, Hillsborough Association for Women Lawyers, and Tampa Gator Club. Ms. Emerson presently concentrates in the field of workers’ compensation.
