Nursing Home Negligence and Abuse

If you have placed your loved one in the care of a nursing home, please be observant of the care they are receiving. Visit as often as possible and trust your instincts! If your loved one is a resident of a nursing home, you owe it to them to investigate what exactly happened if they have any of the following:

• Bed Sores
• Malnutrition
• Broken Bones
• Slip & Fall Injury
• Use of Restraints
• Negligence in Dispensing of Medication
• Any signs of Physical Abuse

If any of these conditions can be attributed to the negligence of the nursing home and/or their employees, then there should be insurance in place to provide financial compensation for the substantial bills and expenses that will be incurred by the family.
