Education
Ms. Ercia received a Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Florida, Gainesville, in 2019. She received her Juris Doctor from Stetson University, St. Petersburg, in 2022, with a concentration in Elder Law. During her time at Stetson University, she served as the President of Stetson’s Innocence Initiative and an Associate Editor for the Journal of Aging Law & Policy. She also served as a Teacher’s Assistant for Research & Writing I, a Teacher’s Assistant to Research & Writing II, and a Research Assistant to Professor Rebecca Morgan.

Ms. Ercia has been admitted to practice by The Florida Bar. She is also a member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association (the Workers’ Compensation Section and Young Lawyer’s Division).
