Workers Compensation Legal Assistant

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and attributes:

• Experience in Workers’ Compensation is a plus, but not required.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required.
• Schedule depositions, hearings, and other meetings.
• Proficiency drafting and responding to discovery
• Proficiency with e-filing through courts
• Possess the ability to multitask
• Ability to prepare for court hearings, mediation and trial

Job Type: Full-time 40 hours/week, 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday
